Adding Value During a Sale
Our client was in the process of selling his successful Marina, F&B and Golf Business when the Director of Operations gave notice. We undertook an Executive Search for a replacement. The difficulty was the owner being an honorable and transparent person wanted to make sure the new DO knew about his plan to sell. This restricted the candidate pool, and no suitable candidates emerged. The solution: TCP Management Service stepped in and served as a Task Force DO opening up the venues and managing the property through the busy season. The owner was able to concentrate on the sale and after 4 months he closed the deal. TCP managed the business so he could execute his exit strategy.
Filling the Gap
A large seasonal hotel was experiencing a void in leadership at a crucial time; heading into their busiest season. TCP Management Services not only assisted in finding a Hotel Management company to take over for the long run, but we also filled the 4-month gap while the contract was executed, and the management company could begin their term. During that time our hands-on approach enable us to implement new menus in the F&B venues, identify KPI's and work with ownership to turn the property in a new direction.
F&B Construction Management
Our client was a premiere private Country Club. Their ailing F&B space was holding back the sale of memberships and putting the Club at risk. Enter TCP Management Services. We served as the General Contractor to build out of their 7500 sq ft restaurant space adding a new bar, stunning architectural accents and a redux of the kitchen. Not only that, but we also brought in the perfect Chef for the new space. The Club and Chef are thriving.
